RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Inovegic, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

To initiate a return, contact us at support@inovegic.in within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned without valid reasons may result in account restriction

  • Repeated misuse of COD may lead to permanent blocking


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

Policy Abuse

Inovegic reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect misuse, excessive returns, or policy abuse.
